January: Hiring for coaches opens

2/15: Deadline for returning coach applications 

3/1: Swim team registration opens (priority registration information will be emailed closer to the date, for families that met the volunteering points requirement)

3/15: Deadline for new coach applications 

4/1: Swim team registration closes

5/5: Parent information night (virtual)

5/6: Meet the coaches night

5/12: Season begins! Thunderbolt practices (afternoons) start

5/14: Thundersquad / Thundersquad Prep evaluations

5/18: Ice cream social and Sport Fair event

5/19: Preseason Time Trials (after school) – Thunderbolts and Thundersquad

5/20: Thundersquad practice begins

5/23: Last day to cancel registration / receive refund

6/6: Thundersquad Time Trials (after school)

6/7: Regular Time Trials (for qualifying) – Thunderbolts

6/9: B Meet vs Chesterbrook (at Chesterbrook)

6/14: 1st A Meet (TBD)

6/16: B Meet vs Overlee (at Donaldson Run)

6/19: All practices begin morning sessions

6/21: 2nd A Meet (TBD)

6/23: B Meet vs. Wakefield Chapel (at Wakefield Chapel)

6/24: Picture Day (in the morning)

6/27: Cake Bake-Off

6/30: Intrasquad Meet (DR only, at Donaldson Run)
