Sheet Decorating!

A DR tradition! All swimmers are invited to participate. Please bring a top sheet (solid white/black/red, queen and king size work best) to a decorating party after swim team practice concludes at 6pm, and a flattened cardboard box to use as a stabilizing base on the grass. We’ll provide paint and brushes. These sheets are hung at the pool during meets to highlight our team spirit, and they are used for many years! |

The following is the estimated timeline for the event. We will not start age groups prior to the listed time. Lanes available for warmups: 3:30 - 4:00pm Age 11 and up (middle and high school students): 4:00 – 4:30pm Age 9 – 11 (elementary students): 4:30 – 5:00pm Age 8 and under: 5:00 – 6:00pm Possibility of short warmups immediately prior to each age group start time, depending on number of swimmers registered. |

There will be another time trials opportunity in early June. All swimmers must have a qualifying time this season to be eligible for the first A-meet on June 15. Details to be confirmed. Will likely begin shortly after 4pm. Warmups start at 3:30pm. May be a reverse order meet fly, breast, back, free) to give APS ES students more time to get to pool for free/back. IM TBD. |
